Drydocks World Singapore is a well established shipyard providing quality, cost effective and customer-focused services. Drydocks World own two shipyards, a 11 hectare yard previously known as  Pan United Marine in Singapore, and a 28 hectare yard in Batam, Indonesia, previously PT.Pan United Shipyard Indonesia. The yards lie close to the straits of Malacca, one of the world's busiest shipping lanes.
PUM are an integrated marine group specialising in ship repair, shipbuilding, ship conversion, engineering and other marine related services.
The quality management systems in both shipyards are in compliance with ISO 9001:2000 for the design, building, conversion, and repair of ships and offshore/onshore engineering structures.

Tole is a private repair company that carries out repair and conversion of all types of ships at two state owned shipyards in Montenegro, "Sava Kovacevic" to the East and "Adriatic Shipyard" on the west side of Tivat Bay.
These two shipyards are able to accommodate ships up to 120,000 dwt, having four floating docks, over 23,000 meters of repair wharves and capability of carrying out most sophisticated repairs.

Ferry lines between Italy and Montenegro, (Port Bar 35km away), Tivat International Airport 5km away, Dubrovnik (40 km away, all ensure ease of communications and fast, safe delivery of spare parts from any part of the world.

In 2000, Lisnave invested US $82 million to modernise the Mitrena Shipyard.  The exsisting docks have been refurbished and a Hydrolift docking arrangement has been constructed with 3 new drydocks.    They also have a continous upgrading programme for yard facilities.
