Calvey Marine online has been created to enhance already existing systems, allowing our Clients and Principals - even closer access to the information and professional services that we provide.

In order to provide a superior service, Calvey Marine have incorporated a file transfer system available to clients that have registered on our web site. Files are uploaded to a 3rd party server and Calvey Marine are notified that the files are available for download automatically by e-mail. Storage space is 6 GB.

CALVEY MARINE LIMITED TERMS OF BUSINESS

1. Agents only:

1.1 Calvey Marine Limited, a company registered in England under number 2640625 whose registered office address is at 2 Birtley Courtyard, Birtley Road, Bramley, Guildford, Surrey, GU5 0LA (‘the Company’), provides services as agents only on behalf of disclosed Principals.

1.2 The Company does not contract directly with customers for the provision of services and all contracts in respect of the provision of services will be between the customer and the disclosed Principal.

1.3 The Company is not authorised to contract on behalf of its Principals and therefore any deemed acceptances of any order or contract by the Company will not be binding until confirmed in writing by the Principal

1.4 As the Company does not contract with the customer, the Company does not accept payment in respect of any services and payments should be made in accordance with the Contract with the Principal.

2 Limitation of Liability:

In the event that any claim is made against the Company by the customer or any third party in respect of the provision of services by the disclosed Principal or the Principal’s sub-contractors, the Company’s liability shall be limited as follows:

2.1 the maximum liability of the Company in any circumstances shall be the sum of £10,000 pounds sterling; and

2.2 The Company shall be under no liability whatsoever to the customer or any third party for any indirect loss and/or expense (including loss of profit) suffered by the customer and/or any third party arising out of any breach
