L & S Services - Poland Specialists in sea going repair teams. All trades provided. L & S Services is a company supplying ship repair and shipbuilding services all over the world. The company was established in 1993 and the main office is situated in Gdansk, Poland. L & S Services employs highly qualified labour, including all shipyard professions and also highly qualified technicians and engineers, many of whom speak good English. Services L&S Services perform various types of repairs and installations. L & S has experienced, certified and coded welders and platers.  We also supply pipe fitters, ship fitters and general fitters.  L&S  has qualified and experienced electricians, varying from typical electrical fitters to automation specialists  and electrical engineers with highest education and qualification.   L&S has supervisors with good or fluent English to take charge of riding squads and L&S personnel are selected after years of experience. They use the best workers and only those who have received positive opinions from previous jobs.  Feedback from clients is encouraged in order to maintain a high standard. Objectives After seven years of experience in the market, L&S constantly works on the quality of its services. Our main objective is to satisfy the customer whilst keeping the prices competitive and maintaining  a high quality of personnel. In order to keep high safety standards L&S has a safety training officer in Poland and all workers are briefed and reminded of safe working practices prior to travelling to the contract.  They also ensure personnel are medically fit. They endeavour to supply well balanced work teams who complement each other technically and socially in an attempt to obtain good production levels. L&S has a system of de-briefing with the personnel and supervisors on completion of their contract and also appreciate feedback from customers to eliminate any future problems.
